Google Postmaster Tools and IP reputation
Why can't I find IP Reputation in Google Postmaster Tools anymore?
Google Postmaster Tools v2 does not include the Domain Reputation and IP Reputation dashboards. Google's help center states that all other dashboards from the old interface are available in v2 and that the reputation dashboards will be retired. The v2 API also excludes Domain and IP reputation.
Did Google stop tracking IP reputation?
Google has not said that. Its sender guidelines still describe how activity on a shared IP affects every sender on it, and its SMTP error reference still documents rate limits and rejections tied to the reputation of the sending IP address. What Google retired is the published per-IP dashboard, not the concept.
Is IP Reputation Monitor affiliated with Google?
No. IP Reputation Monitor is an independent service operated by Innova Revenue Systems. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Google. Google, Gmail and Google Postmaster Tools are referenced only for identification and comparison.
Should I keep using Postmaster Tools?
Yes. Postmaster Tools v2 remains the only source for Gmail-specific feedback such as Spam rate, Compliance status, Authentication, Encryption, Feedback loop and Delivery errors. IP Reputation Monitor complements it with a daily per-IP view across your whole infrastructure.
The Innova Reputation Score
What is the Innova Reputation Score?
An independent 0–100 reputation indicator that consolidates multiple infrastructure and reputation signals for a sending IP. It is computed the same way for every IP every day so results can be compared across IPs, SMTP groups and time.
Is it Google's or Gmail's reputation score?
No. Mailbox providers' internal reputation values are private and are not published. The Innova Reputation Score is an independent measurement and does not represent any provider's internal value.
What do Good, Warning and Critical mean?
Scores from 80 to 100 are classified as Good, 70 to 79 as Warning and below 70 as Critical. No Data means no measurement was available for that IP on that day. Technical Alert means a scheduled check could not be completed properly and needs review.
Can I see how the score is calculated?
The weighting and the sources behind the score are proprietary and are not published. What we do publish is the scale, the classification thresholds and the daily schedule, so the score can be used consistently.
Does a Good score guarantee inbox placement?
No. Reputation is one of several signals receiving systems use to accept, filter, throttle or reject mail. The score supports monitoring decisions; it does not guarantee deliverability results.
Monitoring, history and alerts
How often are IPs checked?
Every configured IP address is checked automatically once per day. Each result is stored, building a day-by-day history for every IP and every SMTP group.
Can I organize IPs by SMTP server?
Yes. IP addresses are organized into SMTP groups so you can review reputation by server, infrastructure group, customer or environment and filter dashboards and reports by group.
What happens when an IP becomes Critical?
The IP is flagged as Critical on the dashboard and in reporting. Its history shows when the decline started, and on the Command plan a reputation-change alert is sent when an IP experiences a meaningful drop or becomes Critical.
How long is reputation history stored?
The free trial keeps 7 days of history. Pulse includes historical reputation, Command includes extended history, and Enterprise accounts can define custom retention periods.
Can I export reputation data?
The Command plan includes CSV exports of reputation history for internal analysis, audits and reporting. Enterprise plans include advanced reporting options.
Do you monitor domains as well as IPs?
The platform is built around sending IP addresses and the SMTP groups they belong to. It does not replace domain-level tools such as DMARC reporting or Postmaster Tools' domain-wide dashboards.
Plans, trial and billing
What does the free trial include?
Seven days of daily monitoring for up to 5 IP addresses, the reputation dashboard, SMTP grouping and 7-day history. Email and mobile verification are required; no payment details are needed.
How much does it cost after the trial?
Pulse is $15 per month for up to 15 IP addresses. Command is $35 per month for up to 50 IP addresses and adds extended history, trend reporting, CSV exports and reputation-change alerts. Enterprise plans for 50+ IPs are priced according to scope.
Can I monitor more than 50 IP addresses?
Yes. Enterprise plans support custom IP capacity, advanced reporting, custom retention, priority assistance and custom implementation options. Use the Enterprise request form and we will define the scope with you.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Monthly plans can be changed as your IP capacity grows.
Account and security
Why are email and mobile verification required?
Verification protects the platform from abuse and confirms that the person activating monitoring controls the contact details on the account. It is part of the trial activation flow.
Do you need access to my mail servers?
No. Monitoring is performed externally against the public IP addresses you configure. You do not install anything and you do not share credentials to your infrastructure.
Who operates IP Reputation Monitor?
Innova Revenue Systems. Questions can be sent to contact@innovarevenuesystems.com or through the contact form; we reply within 24 to 48 hours.
