Which plan fits?
Pulse suits a single SMTP setup with a handful of dedicated IPs. Command is for teams that need alerts, trends and exports across several servers or pools. Enterprise covers 50+ IPs, multi-region infrastructure and custom retention.

Questions about plans and billing
What does the free trial include?
Seven days of daily reputation monitoring for up to 5 IP addresses, the reputation dashboard, SMTP grouping and 7-day reputation history. Email and mobile verification are required to activate it. No payment details are needed for the trial.
What happens after the trial ends?
Choose Pulse or Command to keep monitoring with more capacity, or request an Enterprise plan for 50 or more IPs. Trials do not convert into a paid plan automatically.
Can I change plans as my IP count grows?
Yes. Monthly plans can be changed as your IP capacity grows. If you expect to exceed 50 IPs, contact us about Enterprise capacity.
How are plans billed?
Pulse and Command are billed monthly in USD. Enterprise plans are priced according to IP capacity, retention and implementation requirements and are agreed with you directly.
Is there a discount for many IPs or multiple accounts?
Enterprise plans are the right place for large or multi-account footprints. Tell us how many sending IPs and SMTP groups you operate and we will define the scope and pricing.
Do you guarantee inbox placement?
No monitoring service can. IP Reputation Monitor gives your team earlier and clearer visibility into reputation changes so you can act sooner; reputation remains one of several signals receiving systems use.
