The Innova Reputation Score consolidates multiple infrastructure and reputation signals into a 0–100 indicator. It is independent — not any mailbox provider's private reputation — and it is consistent, so a change of six points means the same thing on every IP.

Trend views show whether the account, a group or a single IP is improving or deteriorating across days and weeks. A slow slide from Good into Warning is often the earliest usable signal.

Questions about the platform
Which IP addresses can I monitor?
The public IP addresses you send email from: dedicated ESP IPs, your own SMTP relays, application servers that send directly, and backup pools. You organize them into SMTP groups that mirror your infrastructure.
How is the Innova Reputation Score calculated?
It consolidates multiple infrastructure and reputation signals into a single 0–100 indicator, computed the same way for every IP every day. The exact weighting and sources are proprietary. It is an independent measurement and does not represent any mailbox provider's private reputation value.
What happens when an IP becomes Critical?
The IP is flagged as Critical on the dashboard and in reporting so it stands out immediately. Its history shows when the decline started, and on the Command plan a reputation-change alert is sent when an IP experiences a meaningful drop or becomes Critical.
What is the difference between No Data and Technical Alert?
No Data means no measurement was available for the IP on that day. Technical Alert means the scheduled reputation check itself could not be completed properly — for example because of a DNS or lookup problem — and needs review.
How long is history kept?
The free trial keeps 7 days. Pulse includes historical reputation, Command includes extended history, and Enterprise accounts can define custom retention periods.
Can I export the data?
Yes. The Command plan includes CSV exports of reputation history for internal analysis, audits and reporting. Enterprise plans add advanced reporting options.
