These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website ipreputationmonitor.com and the IP Reputation Monitor service (together, the "Service") operated by Innova Revenue Systems ("we", "us"). By using the website, requesting an account or trial, or subscribing to a plan, you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
IP Reputation Monitor performs scheduled reputation checks of the sending IP addresses you configure, produces the Innova Reputation Score and related classifications, stores history according to your plan, and provides dashboards, reports, exports and alerts as described for each plan. Features vary by plan as published on the pricing page.
2. Independence and no affiliation
The Service is independent. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Google LLC or any mailbox provider. Google, Gmail and Google Postmaster Tools are trademarks of Google LLC and are referenced on this website only for identification and comparison. The Innova Reputation Score is an independent measurement built from multiple infrastructure and reputation signals; it does not represent any mailbox provider's internal reputation value.
3. No guarantee of deliverability
Reputation is one of several signals receiving email systems use to accept, filter, throttle or reject mail. The Service provides monitoring information to support your decisions. We do not guarantee inbox placement, delivery rates, the removal of any blocklist listing, or any specific deliverability outcome. Scores, classifications and history are provided for informational purposes and may be affected by factors outside our control, including the availability of external data sources.
4. Accounts, verification and trials
Account and trial activation requires accurate contact details and completion of email and mobile verification. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your access credentials and for all activity under your account. The free trial is limited to the duration and IP capacity published on the pricing page and may be limited to one per organization. We may decline or terminate trials that appear to be abusive or fraudulent.
5. Subscriptions, billing and changes
Paid plans are billed monthly in USD in advance for the IP capacity of the selected plan. Plans can be changed as your IP capacity grows; changes take effect as described at the time of the change. Enterprise plans are provided under terms agreed with you directly. Prices may be updated with reasonable notice; changes do not affect a current prepaid period. Taxes may apply depending on your location.
6. Cancellation
You may cancel a monthly plan at any time; monitoring continues until the end of the current billing period, after which access to the dashboard and stored history for that account ends according to our retention practices. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law or agreed in writing.
7. Acceptable use
You may only configure IP addresses that you own, operate or are authorized to monitor. You agree not to use the Service to interfere with any network, to attempt unauthorized access to the Service or its data, to resell the Service without written agreement, or to use it in violation of applicable law. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
8. Customer data
The IP addresses, SMTP group names and configuration you provide remain your information. We use them only to operate the Service, and we handle personal information as described in our Privacy Policy. Aggregated, non-identifying statistics may be used to improve the Service.
9. Availability and changes to the Service
We aim to run scheduled checks daily but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Checks may occasionally fail or be delayed; such cases are reported as Technical Alerts or No Data where applicable. We may modify, add or discontinue features with reasonable notice.
10. Intellectual property
The Service, the Innova Reputation Score methodology, the website, its content, logos and design are owned by Innova Revenue Systems or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership to you. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for your internal business purposes during your subscription.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Innova Revenue Systems is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data or business opportunities, arising from or related to the use of, or inability to use, the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the three months preceding the claim.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Innova Revenue Systems from claims arising out of your use of the Service in violation of these Terms or applicable law, including claims that you were not authorized to monitor the IP addresses you configured.
13. Disputes
If you have a concern about the Service, contact us first at the address below and we will work with you to resolve it informally. These Terms are governed by the laws applicable at Innova Revenue Systems's principal place of business, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
14. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with the revised date. Continued use of the Service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
